Bermuda Weather · Last updated 13 July 2026

Bermuda Weather is a weather app for Hamilton and the island of Bermuda. This policy explains what the app does — and does not — do with your data. In short: the app does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information, and it contains no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Information we collect

None. Bermuda Weather has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising software. We do not create a profile of you, and we do not store any personal information on our servers.

Data used to show you the weather

To display live conditions the app requests weather data over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Forecast and radar data are served from our own systems and from public weather providers, including Open-Meteo, aviation METAR reports, NOAA, and the Bermuda Weather Service Doppler radar. These are ordinary content requests; as with any internet request, the provider serving the data can see your device's IP address in order to respond. We do not receive or retain that information.

The Tank (rainwater) feature

If you search for an address to find your roof, that search text is sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to locate it on the map, and satellite map imagery is loaded from Esri (ArcGIS Online). These requests are used only to draw the map you asked for. We do not store your searches or the roof you select — everything stays on your device.

Location

The app is centred on Hamilton, Bermuda and does not request or use your device's GPS location.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
